I'm familiar with Arado, particularly the Ar 234. It gets lots of press just for being so damned cool. But I had never heard of Siebel.

E. 381 "Kleinstjaeger" is also interesting. As is the 240: nightfighter with permanent newt tail, twin hydraulic remote rear turrets... just weird.
